Fairly clean all the connectors. put everything back no change is display or starting. At this point I think the issue is with the Ignition.

The software fix is an i level upgrade which is supposed to fix 95% of cars, unfortunately not in my case so a new headunit has been fitted under warranty, while this issue still exists its a good idea to keep the car under warranty as a new unit is £1,500 + vat + fitting & coding.
