This drives me nuts. I have 2 PS4 games that will only play in high resolution mode at 60fps if I DON'T patch them - God of War and The Last Guardian. It's pretty ridiculous to have to avoid patching a game to get better performance. Just uncap the framerate guys. I don't need more graphics features, etc, just uncap it.
