Intriguedthat you say not to remove the EGR cooler. I had been debating whethe to do this but cost of parts was significantly less than the remap required to delete the egr. Question I have a 2006 Audi A4 TDI. When I'm about 1300m above sea level, the car operates fine, but when I go to the coast, the car loses power as if the turbo stops working. I have taken it for Diagnostics with Audi. They say the EGR valve needs to be replaced. Does this sound like the cause of the problem?
