Unscrew bolts -arrow- and detach holder rail. Unscrew bolts -1- and -2-. If fitted, remove rubber grommet -3- at mounting bracket for load guard. Next Lift up the centre headrest and move the fabric to the side and undo the 2 small nuts that you can see behind it. Then look along the bottom of the seat back there are 3 big nuts to undo one in the middle and the other 2 at the ends.Undo those and the back should come off. The bolts are there for the seatbelts also.
